The Utah Tibet Foundation and The International Campaign for Tibet invite you to an evening of entertainment and great food! There will be a reception, silent auction and dinner, catered by Himalayan Kitchen, from 5-6:30pm.
The main program will begin at 6:30pm and will include a celebration of the life of His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama in words, music and pictures – narrated by Tencho Gyatso, His Holiness’s Niece and ICT’s Director of Outreach. There will also be music by world renowned Tibetan flutist Nawang Khechog, hailed as the global ambassador of Tibetan Music. Tibetan political prisoner Dhondup Wangchen, who was recently released from prison in Tibet, will speak about human rights awareness.
Proceeds will benefit the International Campaign for Tibet’s efforts to promote human rights and preserve the ancient culture of Tibetans.
