Since its founding in 1988, ICT has maintained a close working relation with the Central Tibetan Administration, reinforced by face-to-face meetings with Tibetan leaders in exile. Visits to the Tibetan settlements in India and Nepal provide important insights into the priorities of those communities which are then incorporated into our advocacy work in national capitals.
