ICT does not accept gift cards. If you have received a request for a donation via a gift card, please treat this as a scam. You can learn more about gift card scams here: https://www.aarp.org/money/scams-fraud
ICT–Europe, which is based in Amsterdam, and is affiliated with the International Campaign for Tibet does have canvasing teams that do door to door outreach to raise awareness and ask for funds. However, this type of fundraising is only conducted in The Netherlands. If you are approached in the United States, in person by someone claiming to raise funds for the International Campaign for Tibet, please treat this as a scam.
ICT does send text messages with news, petition updates, and occasionally fundraising requests, but only to people who actively opt-in to ICT’s SMS program. ICT does not send unsolicited text messages.
The International Campaign for Tibet does not work with external telemarketing firms to solicit donations. ICT staff periodically call our members to thank them for their donation and to see if they have any questions about the work we do.

- ICT does not send emails from Gmail accounts or other email addresses except those ending in @savetibet.org.
- If you receive a request for a donation and it does not match the above information, or you are suspicious that it is a scam, please ask us for clarification at [email protected].
