About ICT
Annual & Financial Reports
The International Campaign for Tibet is a Washington, D.C. based non-profit 502c3 organization that works to promote human rights and democratic freedoms for the people of Tibet. ICT adheres to the highest professional and ethical standards of financial management and oversight.
Since 1988, the International Campaign for Tibet has focused on communicating with the world about Tibet. Due to our detailed reporting and ongoing communications, we have been able to affect significant positive changes for the people of Tibet. ICT communicates with its members via postal mail, email — and other channels — not only to sustain our operations and maintain our membership base, but to educate and involve the public through petitions to U.S. and global institutions and by other means, thereby advancing our mission. As a result, in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) guidelines, ICT allocates a portion of our direct mail costs to program services and to fundraising.
The audited financial statements and Form 990 below provide a full and transparent accounting of ICT’s financial position since 2009.
ICT has a gold certification on Candid and a four-star rating on Charity Navigator.
